Emily Bett Rickards (born July 24 on the 24th of July, 1992) is an actress from Canada. She has played Felicity on The CW Television Series Arrow. Rickards is from British Columbia native. She started her career in acting in the early years of her life by taking classes in dance, musical theatre as well as other types of entertainment. Her path in career development began at an early age, when she graduated high school, and then attended Vancouver Film School. Vancouver Film School.
