Samantha Mohr was born on 13 September 1961 at Columbus, Georgia. Virgo was her zodiac. Mohr is of American Nationality and has an American white woman of ethnicity. Mohr received a Bachelor of Science of Speech Pathology from the University of Georgia, with a Minor in Audiology. Mohr was enrolled at the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. She took part for Miss Columbus in Miss Columbus, 1985. In the end she won it by kissing and beating every competitor. As a result her win to compete at the Miss Georgia Pageant in June of 1985. She also won the tournament on June 22nd, 1985. In September of 1985 Mohr represented Georgia in the Miss America 1986 Pageant held in Atlantic City (New Jersey) after her victory. Despite the success however, she was not in the Top 10 to win the national title.
